Founded in 1881. The Kikusui Brewery was founded in 1881 in a small castle town, Shibata, in the "Snow Country," Niigata where is Japan's prime rice producing region and also the producer of the most premium Sake. The Ideal Climate for Brewing Sake The climate in Shibata City, where the Kikusui Brewery is located, is ideally suited for Sake brewing. Cold winters offer low temperatures ideal for brewing premium Sake and also provide the purest water in the form of snowmelt running off the "Iide" mountain range. The numerous underground water veins around the "Kaji" River offer us this ideal "soft" water for premium Sake brewing. The Northern "Echigo" plains, which spread throughout the north and south of Shibata City, are blanketed with the golden ears of rice during harvest season, providing large quantities of the highest quality rice. We are thankful for nature’s blessings and aim to be an Earth friendly company.

We are located at the Seto Inland Sea with its gentle waves and in Akitsu Town in Hiroshima Prefecture which is blessed with a mild climate. The point of our origin is when we starting working on the canning of mandarin oranges and loquats that are the special products of this land in 1933. We have continued to be committed to safety and deliciousness while shifting our main business to drink production with the passing of the times in the more than 80 years since then. At present, we are focusing our efforts on carbonated drink and alcoholic drinks. We are engaged in contract production and the OEM business, such as with the original drinks of major drink manufacturers and the private brands of major distributors. "We would like to make a drink by utilizing a special product from a certain region." We are also able to respond to such demands by taking advantage of our strength of carrying out everything in an integrated format - from planning & proposals and product development to production, storage and distribution.

Hiroshima Prefecture is Japan's largest lemon producer. The lemons that have been bathed in plenty of the sunlight at the Seto Inland Sea are known for their high quality. "Setouchi Lemon Chuhai" is an alcohol for which the juice of lemons grown in Hiroshima has been diluted with vodka and a minute amount of carbonate. This chuhai - attractive for its minute amount of carbonate that bubbles appropriately and its refreshing sweetness - is also recommended for women.

Torotoro No Umeshu translates as "thick plum wine". The fully ripened plum paste is combined with a wine prepared by pickling green plums from Nishiyoshino in home-brewed traditional rice Shochu.

Nara's cherry blossoms, known as Yoshino cherry trees, have been a famous springtime sight since ancient times. It is also mentioned in old waka poems.
This product is made from cherry blossoms that have bloomed in the garden of the Yagi Sake Brewery over the years.
This subtle pink colour is the natural colour of cherry blossoms, without any flavourings or colourings.
The plum wine is carefully prepared using green ume from Nara Prefecture and finished with a syrup of cherry blossoms soaked in sugar and plum vinegar.
The label of Sakura Umeshu features a card from a book of poems decorated with cherry blossoms.

Therefore, our establishment in 1935, we set up a goal as “Closest Sake brewery with our customers”. Not only for your every meal and evening drink but also gathering people for your celebrations, we brewed and provide Takamasamune’s products for your sake choice. We always pursue customers' needs and hope for sake taste. Takamasamune sake is loved not only our locals but also, all over Japan. In 2019, shipment for Sake is recorded second largest number in Kyushu area, and Fukuoka prefecture. About single distilled shochu, shipment number is the 8th and sales records 14th. Moreover, we export products to Asia such as China, and Hong Kong, and we get good reputations. We also develop and produce a wide range of Japanese alcohol drinks on OEM order from major sake brewers. Through the creation of various types of sake, we are still improving our technical and developmental capabilities. Sake production involves the same process every day, and all the work is steady. However, every process and every task has its own meaning, and all process are essential to making delicious sake. Daiginjo Chikusui17 <Sake> 300ml. Standard price in Japan ¥713
Chikusui17 series was developed as a local Kurume sake product based on the concept of "Daiginjyo with 17 degrees of alcohol". The label design is based on the geometrical textile of Kurume Kasuri, one of three major kasuri patterns in Japan. This Kasuri patterns shows number 17 in Japanese character on the label.
The alcohol content is purposely set to 17% in order to give the Daiginjo a gorgeous aroma, refreshing richness, and umami flavor.
It is best to serve cold (about 10°) or at room temperature. It can also be served with ice.
Chikusui 17 Daiginjyo is remarkably smooth and soft, gracefully balancing flavors with elegance aromas. Tasted from a wineglass at room temperature, delicate aroma of green apple followed by a modest and intense umami rice scent. The texture is refined and round with refershing acidity. The finish is quite long. Gentle sweetness gives a way to feel some bitterness on the palate. It is a great paring with white fish dishes, sashimi, and tempura.

YChikusui17 series was developed as a local Kurume sake product based on the concept of "Junmai Ginjo with 17 degrees of alcohol". The label design is based on the geometrical textile characteristic of Kurume Kasuri, one of the three major kasuri patterns in Japan. This Kasuri patterns shows number 17 in Japanese character on the label. The taste of this Junmai Ginjo has a full and gentle ginjo aroma, smooth acidity, and a pleasant taste with drinkable size 300ml.
It is recommended to be served at room temperature or chilled (about 10°). Due to the high alcohol content, it can also be enjoyed with ice, sparkling water, or tonic water.
Rich and delicate aroma, this Junmai Ginjo has abundantly elegant flavor. It has a slightly strong taste and rich viscosity. It has floral notes and the aroma of well-cooked rice. Taking a sip, the aroma of fuity appear, followed by a hint of bamboo leaves and a scent of jasmine rice. The finish is smooth and crisp with notes of sliced apple. It is round, dry and full-bodied sake that has noticeable sweetness and moderate sharpness of the alcohol. It's best chilled or sligthly warmed. Well served with Western buttery cream dishes as well as Japanese food cooked white miso paste.

This is developed as a local Kurume sake product based on the concept of "junmai shu with a alcohol content of 17" . The alcohol content is 17%
and the label design is based on the geometrical pattern characteristic of Kurume Kasuri, one of the three major kasuri patterns in Japan.
The alcohol content is purposely set to over 17% to give it the distinctive flavor, richness, and umami that only junmai sake can offer. A 300ml
bottle has been added as a drinkable size. This sake goes well not only with Japanese cuisine, but also with meat dishes due to its richness. It is recommended to be served at room temperature, cold, or lightly heated. It can also be enjoyed with ice.
A rich umami taste is unique to this Junmaishu. Straight out of the fridge, it is very refreshing. Nosing the cup does turn up the vivid aroma of cooked rice. After taking a sip, there are dorminant notes of sticky rice instead. The texture is extraordinary smooth and pleasant with well-balanced of sweetness and acidity on the palate. It is clean and clear flavor that is suitable for beginner sake drinker. Recommended served with meat dishes and Japanese food.

Back in 1600 AD, after the battle of Sekigahara, the Inaba family, who were renowned for their role in the battle, recieved the city of “Usuki” in Oita as a reward from the emperor. The Inaba family moved from the Gifu prefecture to Oita, where their brewing history began. Genroku, our first generation brew master started his own farm. And since then, 6th generations of Inanba family brew masters have past down their sake brewing methods. Safu Sake was founded 2021 during the pandemic, and succesfully brought this delicious sake from the Oita region to California. Safu hopes to be a bridge between Japan and the United States bringing the best hidden local Sake to your neighbors.

Rich flavor from Yamada Nishiki Rice milled down to 50% for extreme purity, Safu Sake is well-structured in flavor with aromas of melon, pear and hint of rose that burst on your plate mid-sip and smoothly vanish, finishing bright and clean. Kagoshima
Established in 1968. Our distillery continues to produce shochu as an everyday drink in Shibushi City, Kagoshima Prefecture. We produce sweet potato shochu using fresh sweet potatoes harvested in the neighboring areas, and boast one of the highest prize-winning rates in domestic competitions. They have a wooden distiller called a "wooden pot still," which is a traditional shochu production facility. The spirits produced by the wooden distiller has a subtle cedar wood aroma and a strong, mellow, sweet taste. 424GIN, based on sweet potato shochu, is the only craft gin in the world made in a wooden pot still.

This sweet potato shochu is made from purple sweet potatoes and distilled in a traditional Japanese wooden distiller. It has aromas of red fruit, buttered popcorn, and Earl Grey tea, and a long, sweet finish.

The world's only Japanese gin made with a wooden pot still. Using several types of sweet potato shochu as a base spirits, we sought a balance between sweet potato shochu and juniper berries. It has a rich aroma of juniper berries and a sweet, long finish derived from potato shochu.

The only Japanese gin in the world to use a wooden pot still. Several types of Sweet potato shochu are used as the base spirit, and four botanicals traditionally used for London gin are used.
It has the aromatic backbone of gin, but with the rich flavor of Imo-Shochu and an elegant, dry finish reminiscent of violets derived from orris root.
