Kagatobi Organic is certified under the organic system of Japan, the United States, and the European Union. It has a soft mouthfeel, a generous flavor, and a rich, full-bodied taste.

 “Hyakunensui”, one-hundred-year-old water in English and water used to brew this sake, begins as rain and snow falling at the foot of the Mt. Hakusan. The water spends at least 100 years slowly filtering through deep underground. It then reaches the well of the brewery, blessed with minerals that are necessary for fermentation. Two types of organic sake-rice are used; “Yamadanishiki” and “Fukunohana”.  It’s very rare since the cultivation of organic sake-rice is still very few. Fukumitsuya have been cooperated with sake-rice farmers since 1960, and start cultivating organic sake rice from 2008. Kagatobi Organic Junmai is the fruit of these two natural ingredients and the brewing skills of Fukumitsuya.

Niinamesai is the most important festival of the Emperor in Japan, which has been held for over 1400 years. We would like to introduce "Niiname", a special sake created for the Niiname Festival.

The first step in making this sake is to sow the rice on the day of the new moon, using no agricultural chemicals.

We made it for the first time this year and it was a big hit.

It is a Junmai Ginjo sake.

It is also dedicated at the Shimogamo Shrine, a World Heritage Site.

The rice is also certified as kosher, the Jewish food standard.

In the midst of the difficult situation in Corona, we hope to be able to celebrate Thanksgiving for the harvest all over the world.

This shochu is made from Tottori Prefecture's speciality sand hill’s long yam. It is distilled and stored for a long time. It is bottled without adding water.

The flavour is similar to brandy. It has a soft taste of long yam. It has a faint sweetness and a slight bitterness.

Not stored in oak barrels.

This shochu is made from Tottori's special dune long yam. By distilling in a vacuum, the flavour is softened to give an elegant taste.

It is distilled and stored for a long time. The taste is similar to brandy. A soft taste of yam. It has a faint sweetness and a slight bitterness.

This shochu is made from Tottori's special dune yam. It is distilled and stored for a long time. Distilled under normal pressure, the flavour is soft, strong and elegant.
